Growing together.
MVBC Student Ministry partners with parents as they disciple their children to lifelong faith in Jesus Christ. We recognize that God has ordained parents, not the school system or any other organization, with the responsibility to raise their child. MVBC Student Ministry fully supports the parents and we strive to be godly partners in discipling teens so they become spiritually mature adults. MVBC Student Ministry is blessed to have wonderful families, the best adult leaders, and a congregation that encourages students as they grow in faith. MVBC has and enforces our safety and security procedures, doing background checks on all of our staff, leaders, and volunteers. Our doors have timed locks and we always have adult leaders on site during all ministry activities.

Who
WHO: 7th through 12th graders are invited to gather for several activities during the week. We also offer many opportunities throughout the year for students to participate in MVBC’s ministries, missions, retreats, small group gatherings, Life Groups, and activities that help teens mature spiritually as Christ followers, while making lifelong connections and friends. Although MVBC offers separate dedicated times and activities for teens, it is vital to their spiritual growth for students to also participate in the life of the church at large.
EASY WAYS FOR 7th-12th GRADERS TO CONNECT
At MVBC, Sunday is an important day to gather as a church family and to honor the Lord in corporate worship. We meet at 10:30 am each Sunday morning in the Worship Center. Prior to the corporate worship time, MVBC offers small group gatherings focused on studying the Bible. At 9:00 am, all 7th-12th graders meet in Building 4, Room 4216 for announcements and activity updates. At 9:15 am the guys and girls will go to separate Sunday school classes. MVBC Sunday school classes end around 10:15 am, allowing time for people to visit in the Worship Center before the service begins.
